What you will do

• Lead the performance marketing team for a new casual mobile title based on an IP.
• Develop UA strategies and processes to drive global user growth from pre-launch through live operations.
• Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets focusing on ROI and long-term player value.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Analytics, and Data Engineering to align UA strategy with business goals.
• Mentor performance marketing managers to optimize campaign creation and analysis.
• Drive experimentation on UA channels including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and mobile ad networks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of performance marketing/user acquisition experience, ideally in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
• 4+ years of people management experience building high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Deep expertise in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting.
• Strong experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new products.

• Experience with match-3, puzzle, or other casual mobile games.
