What you will do

  • Own the pipeline generation strategy for a portfolio of strategic partners in Spain.
  • Design and execute joint GTM initiatives including events, webinars, and outbound plays.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and pipeline gaps.
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline performance using CRM dashboards to ensure ROI.
  • Develop and test scalable demand generation playbooks for partner replication.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish and excellent English proficiency required.
  • Strong business mindset with experience in pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Demand Generation, or Partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for GTM execution or operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Experience managing co-marketing or co-selling initiatives.
