Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD

What you will do

• Define, achieve, and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results.
• Manage and grow a roster of high-profile accounts, cultivating client relationships.
• Onboard new customers and identify growth opportunities with current accounts.
• Serve as an expert resource for clients and internal teams on hirify.global's product and the programmatic landscape.
• Provide consultative services, offering recommendations and insights to improve campaigns.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide materials for RFPs, inventory forecasting, and client requests.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of online advertising experience, with 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, well-connected with DSPs, Agencies, and Brands.
• Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data sets.
• Ability to present effectively across multiple levels (Strategy, Product, technical teams).

Nice to have

• Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, and ad servers.
