• Lead an autonomous Fullstack development team.

Requirements

• Experience throughout the full software life-cycle in a multi-team environment.
• Built and maintained large-scale, high-availability web applications.
• Product accountability, ensuring decisions are data-driven.
• Experience in various agile development practices with a sharp focus on delivery.
• Strong development and technical expertise to lead technical decisions and coach team members.
• Ability to work from our Helsinki office three days a week.
