TL;DR
Accounting Manager (eCommerce): Leading a team of accountants to provide clean, reliable financials for eCommerce and digital-first brands with an accent on full-cycle accounting oversight and operational excellence. Location: Must be based in Latin America with availability to work EST hours (initial 9 AM – 5 PM, later 80% overlap).

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of 1–5 accountants to ensure accurate and timely high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, financial reports, and month-end closes across multiple client files.
- Improve and standardize internal accounting processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Communicate financial insights to clients and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify automation opportunities to contribute to scalable and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting management, preferably within a firm or multi-client environment.
- High proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
- Strong technical foundation in full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Excellent English proficiency for client-facing communication.
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Experience with eCommerce clients (preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite.
- FP&A or financial modeling expertise.
