What you will do

• Maintain general ledgers and perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for accounting systems.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with tax and advisory departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
• Must be able to establish a presence in the Sioux Falls office.
