What you will do

• Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Credit teams during ideation and technical design.
• Create and monitor metrics to ensure the availability and operation of team artifacts.
• Participate in the interview process to contribute to the engineering community.
• Engage in a mandatory on-call rotation to support system stability.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin for backend system development.
• Experience with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Spark.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code for complex business scenarios.
• Must be based in Spain to be eligible for the role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for global collaboration.
