What you will do
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and HR team to guide recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Consult with line management to provide HR guidance and business-aligned solutions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management coaching, counseling, and career development guidance.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures.
- Identify training needs and monitor program success to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues within a software technology company.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or Master's degree in a human resource discipline.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and federal/state employment laws.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
