What you will do

• Partner with the Chief People Officer and HR team to guide recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Consult with line management to provide HR guidance and business-aligned solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management coaching, counseling, and career development guidance.
• Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures.
• Identify training needs and monitor program success to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues within a software technology company.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or Master's degree in a human resource discipline.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and federal/state employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
