What you will do

• Perform high-quality preventative and emergency maintenance on mechanical embossers, thermal image application, and laminating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical issues using voltmeters, laptops, and service manuals.
• Calibrate sensors, data read/write devices, and adjust software for hardware positioning.
• Manage accurate part inventory using the ERP platform and respond to service calls via the dispatch system.
• Drive to various customer sites daily to ensure equipment is in proper working order and maintain positive customer relations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical technician experience.
• Valid and active driver's license and ability to drive to customer sites daily.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work a first-shift schedule (Wednesday-Sunday, 8AM-5PM).
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours/shifts as required.
• Proficiency with PCs, current operating systems, and relevant software applications.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Experience with hirify.global central issuance systems.
• Advanced technical education in electro-mechanics and digital electronics.
