What you will do

• Lead international projects to optimize business processes and identify growth opportunities across diverse markets.
• Define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for strategic solutions.
• Coordinate with EU-wide Operations teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on targets and best practices.
• Design and execute high-impact business initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Create and analyze reports to track Operations KPIs and deliver actionable performance insights.
• Participate in international strategy meetings to assess results and set future goals.

Requirements

• First experience in project management or management consulting, preferably in dynamic or international environments.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
