What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Identify and execute AI-driven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, user acquisition, and product innovation.
• Translate AI concepts into practical implementations, including automation, AI tools, and data workflows.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to align objectives and resource needs for AI projects.
• Analyze business data to identify leverage points where AI can unlock significant efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, or business strategy.
• Strong obsession with AI, including continuous research into the latest tools and news.
• Ability to lead and execute complex projects independently.
• Hands-on capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution and automation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive strategic decisions from business intelligence.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin for full-time office presence (5 days a week).
