What you will do

• Coordinate key workstreams across engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure project progress.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to maintain priority alignment.
• Develop reporting dashboards and documentation to increase transparency and execution speed.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalating and driving resolutions to keep programs on track.
• Prepare concise updates and reports for program leads and executives.
• Improve project workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable technical/business field.
• 2+ years of professional experience, including internships or early-career roles in project management or consulting.
• English and German: Proficiency required to communicate confidently with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
