What you will do

• Research and identify suitable talent for fashion brands across relevant markets.
• Analyze social media KPIs to support and refine talent strategy.
• Manage communication and initial outreach to talent, management teams, and agencies.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, presentations, and overall project tracking.
• Oversee fashion hauls from organizational and contractual aspects to technical implementation.
• Handle administrative processes, including contract and invoice management.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• High level of initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
