What you will do

• Implement and coordinate online and in-person professional development courses for the conservation sector.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager of Professional Development and Consultancy.
• Manage the end-to-end student lifecycle, including recruitment, payments, and certification.
• Collaborate with Operations and Fundraising teams to market and sell courses and implement marketing plans.
• Develop and implement systems to optimize student engagement and retention throughout the course duration.
• Maintain accurate tracking of program data and prepare technical and financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, management, conservation, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in professional education, administration, or operations.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of professional development courses.
• Proficiency in technology platforms used for remote, in-person, and hybrid course delivery.
• Strong project and program management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Passion for leadership and the development of young people in Africa.
