What you will do

• Design and lead an internal quantum education program with a tiered curriculum (fundamentals, superconducting qubits, cat qubit architecture, quantum error correction) and role-based learning pathways.
• Develop self-paced modules, live seminars, and hands-on bootcamps, and maintain an evolving internal knowledge base.
• Own the annual Summer School for doctoral researchers end-to-end: partner network, faculty coordination, participant selection, logistics, and follow-up.
• Lead the academic community strategy, including relationships with professors and institutions, conference representation, and management of the CIFRE thesis program.
• Co-create a long-term Master’s degree in quantum physics with partner institutions, including curriculum, positioning, admissions criteria, and regulatory navigation in France and Europe.
• Turn the Academy into an ecosystem platform by running quantum hackathons, innovation/developer initiatives, and delivering executive education and workshops for customers and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and managing programs at the intersection of science, education, or research (academia, industry, or institutional settings) globally.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (physics, engineering, education, or related); PhD appreciated but not required.
• Strong grasp of quantum computing to engage credibly with physicists and translate for non-specialists.
• Proven track record building structured programs from scratch (curricula, bootcamps, summer schools, or certificate programs).
• Solid academic/research network and experience managing institutional partnerships across academic, regulatory, and corporate stakeholders.
• Fluent communication and facilitation in both English and French.
