What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-the-ground lead and relationship owner for partner schools, districts, and ESDs in Washington.
• Recruit and select a diverse cohort of approximately 10 school and district partners across eastern and western Washington.
• Design and deliver professional learning, including school-based trainings and coaching on AI literacy and app-building.
• Support strategic AI adoption at the system level, helping leaders identify high-leverage entry points for AI.
• Plan and facilitate in-person convenings at Gonzaga University and manage AI Innovation Index assessments.
• Provide field insights to the hirify.global team to improve the platform and partnership strategies.

Requirements

• Deep, current knowledge of Washington's education landscape (eastern and western) with existing relationships.
• School leadership and teaching experience.
• Experience working with K–12 schools and a commitment to equity and innovation.
• Strong facilitation skills for outcomes-driven adult learning.
• Proficiency in using and explaining LLM-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Ability to navigate complex school systems and build trust across diverse communities.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with Washington ESDs or Gonzaga University.
• Experience leading large-scale instructional-technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar AI-literacy platforms.
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish/English).
