What you will do

• Develop instructional content by defining learning objectives and writing effective assessments to facilitate retention.
• Manage the content development process for assigned projects and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with industry experts, clients, and management to analyze and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Implement user engagement strategies within courses to maximize learner retention.
• Contribute to curriculum development specifically for property management industry roles.
• Review content produced by team members and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching, instructional design, communication, marketing, or technical writing (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated writing proficiency in instructional or narrative genres.
• Ability to research, develop, and edit training content following instructional design standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organization skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in instructional design or project management.
• Knowledge of the property management industry or accounting principles.
