Salary: $30.76–$34.61 per hour

What you will do
- Develop instructional content by defining learning objectives and writing effective assessments to facilitate retention.
- Manage the content development process for assigned projects and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with industry experts, clients, and management to analyze and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Implement user engagement strategies within courses to maximize learner retention.
- Contribute to curriculum development specifically for property management industry roles.
- Review content produced by team members and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in teaching, instructional design, communication, marketing, or technical writing (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated writing proficiency in instructional or narrative genres.
- Ability to research, develop, and edit training content following instructional design standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in instructional design or project management.
- Knowledge of the property management industry or accounting principles.
- Experience with products and services.
- Background in developing technical, safety, leadership, or professional skills training.
