What you will do

• Partner with clients to conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into tailored educational solutions.
• Design and develop learner-centered experiences, including e-learning courses, coaching materials, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create accessible training programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Utilize emerging AI-powered design tools and modern technologies to enhance content creation and storytelling.
• Establish measurement approaches and use learning analytics to evaluate and improve educational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.
• Ability to create structured learning objectives and performance support resources.
• Strong client-facing communication, active listening, and consultation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and strategic design expertise.
• Experience with digital learning tools and content creation platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and creative technologies.
• Experience in corporate learning, ethics, compliance, or regulatory training environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or change management practices.
