Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and able to work EST hours)

An enterprise influencer marketing platform working with global brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, and Ray-Ban to manage creator discovery, campaigns, and AI-powered analytics.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple influencer campaigns across various brands, managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
  • Develop creator pricing models based on CPV and negotiate fees to protect campaign margins.
  • Source, brief, and manage creators, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creators and clients, maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (CPV, reach, engagement, conversion) using proprietary analytics tools.
  • Utilize AI tools daily to optimize workflows and generate actionable insights within the platform.

Requirements

  • Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns.
  • Proven KPI and performance mindset with fluency in CPV (cost per view) pricing.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots) and data management.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign management.
  • Ability to work EST hours.
  • Fluency in AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with both DTC (consumer) and B2B tech brands.
  • Direct experience in creator negotiation and contracting.
  • Client-facing account management experience.
