What you will do

• Build and lead a commission-only sales network of Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs).
• Take full ownership of the region's commercial performance and revenue impact.
• Coach ISCs live on merchant calls and manage their first 90 days of onboarding.
• Run regular quality assessments to identify pricing issues and performance blockers.
• Organize monthly in-person sessions to build team culture and consistent performance.
• Provide field insights to Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve tools and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within payments, fintech, or software.
• Commercially literate with experience in performance data and incentive structures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide honest feedback and hold people accountable.
• Process disciplined and experienced in building scalable frameworks.
• Must be a car owner/driver with willingness to spend at least 50% of time in the field.
• Must be based in or able to work in the North of England (Manchester).
