What you will do
- Take ownership of complex incidents and service requests escalated from the 1st line support.
- Support internal and external clients using the in-house body shop system, Evolve.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
- Mentor and guide 1st Line IT Engineers to raise the overall capability of the service desk.
- Manage the starter and leaver process, including hardware configuration and account administration.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for P1 incidents on a shift rotation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Proficiency with networking hardware, specifically Meraki, Fortinet, and Cisco.
- Ability to handle tickets via HaloITSM or similar ticketing systems.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stansted, United Kingdom.
