What you will do

• Take ownership of complex incidents and service requests escalated from the 1st line support.
• Support internal and external clients using the in-house body shop system, Evolve.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
• Mentor and guide 1st Line IT Engineers to raise the overall capability of the service desk.
• Manage the starter and leaver process, including hardware configuration and account administration.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for P1 incidents on a shift rotation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Proficiency with networking hardware, specifically Meraki, Fortinet, and Cisco.
• Ability to handle tickets via HaloITSM or similar ticketing systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stansted, United Kingdom.
