TL;DR
IT Support Analyst (Infrastructure): Providing Tier 2 technical support for a MacOS and Windows estate with an accent on endpoint management and user experience. Focus on resolving complex incidents, managing IT assets, and ensuring high availability of AV/VC services for corporate events.
Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — must work from the office a minimum of 60% of the time
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

What you will do
- Manage ticket lifecycles through active dashboard monitoring, workload management, and reporting.
- Perform proactive incident resolution, diagnostics, and root cause analysis across MacOS and Windows environments.
- Oversee IT Asset Management, including inventory control and hardware refresh cycles.
- Coordinate seamless on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including laptop builds and IAM compliance.
- Provide dedicated AV/VC support for meeting rooms and high-profile internal events.
- Contribute to knowledge management, security standards adherence (ISO), and audit compliance.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Windows 11 and Apple ecosystem in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with MDM systems, specifically JAMF and Intune.
- Experience with SaaS applications: M365, Slack, Atlassian, and Azure Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic understanding of PowerShell and BASH scripting.
- Must be based in London and able to attend the office at least 60% of the time.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD‑102).
- Apple certifications for MacOS (ACSP, JAMF 100).
- CompTIA A+ certification.
