What you will do

• Lead the Cardiff Tech Bar hub, providing high-level technical expertise and outstanding customer service.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tech Bar team to meet SLAs and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff on technical support best practices.
• Utilize ServiceNow to analyze service impact and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with line management to address service gaps and inefficiencies.
• Support endpoints including Windows 11, Apple OS, and mobile devices.

Requirements

• Experience working on an enterprise-scale Technical Support desk, ideally face-to-face.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and hands-on experience with Apple OS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and ServiceNow for incident management.
• Knowledge of JAMF MDM for Apple devices and Smartphone technology (Samsung/iPhone).
• Must be based in or able to work 5 days a week on-site in Cardiff.
