What you will do

• Support and maintain core infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents as the technical escalation point.
• Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes, including regular recovery testing.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and operational improvements following change management processes.
• Monitor critical infrastructure health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and infrastructure designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 3rd line or infrastructure engineering role supporting enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with VMware, Windows Server, and Hyper-V technologies.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Avamar, or Zerto.
• Knowledge of Dell server/storage platforms, SAN/NAS, and virtualized environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Active Directory (including Group Policy).
• Solid networking knowledge across TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Nice to have

• Relevant infrastructure certifications.
• Experience with automation using PowerShell.
