What you will do

• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and core infrastructure services to ensure high availability and performance
• Manage and optimize Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
• Deliver cloud services and infrastructure improvements from design through implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and cloud incidents as an escalation point
• Maintain and enhance security across cloud and on-prem environments (identity, endpoint management, data protection)
• Build automation and scripting solutions (provisioning, reporting) and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Cloud technologies in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with Intune and modern workplace security (endpoint management, MFA, DLP)
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Mimecast, Cisco Umbrella, identity management)
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Leeds or Doncaster
