What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
  • Collaborate with data science, data engineering, and product managers to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Drive the end-to-end development process from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize technical initiatives based on ROI, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven people management experience focused on developing talent.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and streaming architectures.
  • Proficient English (C1 level) with strong communication skills.
