What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and execute the engineering strategy for the company.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and team leads.
• Plan and prioritize the engineering backlog to eliminate blockers and ensure effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align engineering activities with product goals.
• Standardize development processes and oversee the implementation of new product features.
• Own the delivery commitment and ensure high quality standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams, preferably in a product company.
• Proven background in Engineering/Team Lead roles with a solid history as a software engineer.
• Deep expertise in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and technical processes (CI, automated testing, release management).
• Strong understanding of current AI trends and experience leveraging AI to optimize workflows or product capabilities.
• Proficient level of English.
• Excellent managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
