What you will do

  • Source and qualify new B2B partners, including direct advertisers, aggregators, and contractors, based on economic and compliance requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, payout models, pricing, and volume expectations.
  • Own the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including contract coordination and technical integration (postbacks).
  • Manage active partnerships to ensure stable spend, consistent lead quality, and predictable revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align requirements with operational constraints.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as acceptance rates, rejection reasons, and revenue forecasts to optimize margins.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BD, sales, or partnerships, ideally within lead gen or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of independently managing B2B relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills across payout structures and payment terms.
  • Experience with technical onboarding, including lead specifications and postback integration.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and monitor refund trends and revenue.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Background in performance-based lead gen models such as CPL and CPA.
  • Existing network of partners or contractors in the Home Improvement space.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks or aggregators.
