What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of resource blueprints and position management processes.
• Maintain workforce plans and track FTE and personnel costs to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Analyze regional performance and support bi-annual talent review cycles and job profiling initiatives.
• Track organizational efficiency metrics including span and layers, revenue/cost per FTE, and attrition.
• Coordinate project milestones and deliverables across workstreams, preparing dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure alignment and governance across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English proficiency is a must for coordinating across APAC countries.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR project management, or PMO roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount management, or organizational design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple markets.
