Partner Success Executive (Wellbeing): Managing and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with the hirify.global platform with an accent on strategic partnerships and exclusivity negotiations. Focus on optimizing partner engagement, handling the partnership lifecycle, and delivering actionable performance insights.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (Remote options can be discussed with the hiring manager)

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive deals to achieve exclusivity targets.
  • Optimize the customer experience by resolving integration and booking issues.
  • Analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights for strategic improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.
  • Train and engage partners’ employees on hirify.global's value proposition.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success or related fields.
  • Native-level German (C1) and fluent English.
  • Based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Metabase.
  • Prior experience in the fitness or wellbeing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
