What you will do
- Maintain close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive partnership deals to achieve company targets.
- Optimize customer experience by resolving integration and booking issues.
- Analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and partner success.
- Train partner employees on the company's value proposition.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in B2B Sales.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in German.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and GSuite.
- Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience working in the fitness or wellbeing industry.
- English fluency.
- Experience with Salesforce and Metabase.
