Location: Must be based in Germany or West Europe, with frequent travel (40-50%) across EMEA.

What you will do
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with key account holders across EMEA through proactive engagement and value-add strategies.
- Conduct quarterly strategic reviews to assess performance metrics and co-create actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting prospective accounts in industrial automation and power transmission.
- Build and execute a country-based sales strategy to map decision-makers within target OEMs and end users.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to position solutions against specific customer application requirements.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics).
- 7+ years of sales experience in key account management and business development within industrial automation or electromechanical components.
- Fluent in English and German required; proficiency in additional European languages is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business with quantifiable results in pipeline generation.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder industrial sales cycles.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (>40%) across EMEA for client meetings and trade shows.
