What you will do

  • Generate and qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via telephone and email.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs and pain points using the BANT framework.
  • Book product demos and meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a professional handover.
  • Maintain accurate prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and meet quarterly targets.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is a must requirement.
  • Experience in a sales or call center environment with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification, pipeline management, and outbound prospecting best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to organize pipelines and track activity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage persuasively.
  • Must be based in Spain.
