Focus on automating HR workflows using Notion and Zapier, and maintaining accurate reporting across HRIS systems to support C-level decision-making.

Location: Remote (Availability to work 2 PM – 10 PM CET)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end preboarding and onboarding process for new providers, including document collection and system setup.
  • Manage provider offboarding workflows, ensuring documentation closure and system access removal.
  • Build and maintain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics to support management decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BambooHR, Notion, Justworks, and internal databases.
  • Identify manual inefficiencies in workflows and implement automation using Notion and Zapier.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a generalist role with a strong operational focus.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding and offboarding cases with high precision.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (BambooHR is a strong advantage) and advanced Notion skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for building structured reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced English (C1+) written and spoken, and fluent Russian.
  • Availability to work 2 PM – 10 PM CET.
