What you will do

• Own and execute core HR operations, including onboarding, performance cycles, benefits, and offboarding.
• Manage monthly payroll across multiple countries for both EOR employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (HiBob) and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on contracts, payroll, and policies.
• Contribute to improving, automating, and streamlining HR processes for better scalability.

Requirements

• Relevant education or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience with HR operations, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working comfortably in a dynamic, international environment.
