What you will do

• Manage day-to-day employee benefits operations across HQ locations (excluding Mexico).
• Coordinate benefit providers, manage contracts, and oversee operational processes.
• Lead the launch and improvement of insurance, wellness, and language-learning initiatives.
• Drive the automation and optimization of Compensation & Benefits processes for scalability.
• Participate in budgeting, benefits cost control, and financial planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, and IT teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Operations, or HR Operations.
• Strong experience managing employee benefits within an international environment.
• Proven track record of working with external vendors and service providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
