What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified leads to closing deals.
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations for IT Managers and CIOs.
- Build consultative relationships with decision-makers in IT and Operations.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP and messaging.
- Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
- Share customer insights to improve product and sales processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
- Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Analytical approach to pipeline and forecast management.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to CIOs, IT Managers, or VP Engineering.
- Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling in existing customer bases.
- Proficiency in French or German.
