Senior Account Executive - DACH (Smart Lockers)

Location: Fully remote, based in Germany, with frequent travel to client sites across Germany and occasional visits to European offices.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients in the Courier, Express, and Parcel industry.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor to key accounts.
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and product development to create solution offerings.
• Lead contract discussions and support sustainable, long-term account growth.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR.
• Experience in the CEP, postal, or transport and logistics industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to build meaningful client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Fluent German and strong English required.
• Must be based in Germany and willing to travel frequently across Germany and occasionally within Europe.
