What you will do

• Manage and expand large enterprise client portfolios to drive revenue growth via cross-selling and up-selling.
• Act as a strategic advisor to key accounts to ensure sustainable, long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling solution offerings.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to drive brand awareness.

Requirements

• Must be based remotely in Germany.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR.
• Industry experience in CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics.
• Fluent German and strong command of English required.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Germany and occasionally within Europe.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree preferred.
