Sales Manager DACH - Carrier Sales (SaaS Logistics)

What you will do

• Balance new business development with retention and growth of an existing carrier portfolio.
• Prospect and close partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers across the DACH market.
• Advise existing customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for SaaS features.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and renewals with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and maximize customer ROI from web-based SaaS solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with complex solutions in SaaS or logistics.
• Strong relationship-management skills with senior executives and decision-makers over long sales cycles.
• Native German and English proficiency at least at C1 level.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Experience cross-selling high-tech solutions within a legacy portfolio.
