Sales Manager DACH (Logistics)

Location: Home office optional throughout Germany

What you will do

• Lead sales of logistics software solutions across the DACH region.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Prepare proposals, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop existing client relationships into long-term strategic partnerships.
• Plan kick-off meetings and ensure handover to project teams.
• Represent hirify.global at trade fairs and events while developing sales strategies with colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or a degree focused on logistics, IT, or a related field.
• Experience selling logistics solutions, IT, or software is advantageous.
• Ability to understand complex processes and software solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills, professional presence, customer focus, and flexibility for travel.
• Fluent German and English required.
