What you will do
- Execute strategic outbound outreach via calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to identify buying intent.
- Experiment with and automate new lead generation channels to optimize efficiency.
- Qualify inbound contacts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify prospect pain points.
- Analyze website behavior and engagement signals to gauge purchase intent.
- Test and implement new messaging strategies and outreach processes across the team.
- Provide insights to marketing and sales teams to refine overall growth strategies.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to analyze and implement successful sales strategies.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam.
