What you will do
- Manage a team of 6-7 individual contributors, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Align cross-functional revenue functions including Solution Consulting, BDRs, Customer Success, and Legal.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and exceed revenue targets within the Enterprise Sales Motion.
- Combine tactical execution with long-term vision to scale the UK&I region.
- Optimize internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall company mission.
- Cultivate a growth-oriented mindset and continuous learning within the sales team.
Requirements
- Must be based in London (Hybrid).
- 5-7+ years of experience managing Enterprise Sales teams in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record as a performing Sales Executive with experience in long deal cycles (6+ months) and ACV >$150k.
- Experience building and leading the UK&I market.
- Experience selling business applications (Finance, Supply Chain, BI, or Data Analytics).
- Fluent English proficiency.
