TL;DR

Partner Alliance Manager (SaaS): Creating and managing revenue-generating strategic partnerships with Consulting, SI, and ERP partners for spend management solutions with an accent on driving revenue growth and delivery capacity in UK and Benelux markets. Focus on developing Go-To-Market campaigns, recruiting new strategic partners, and aligning C-level executives on strategic initiatives.

Location: Hybrid. Ideally based in London or Amsterdam

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners including Consulting, System Integration, ERP, and ISV partners in Procurement and P2P categories.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans covering the full lifecycle from awareness and enablement to GTM and sales.
  • Generate pipeline and drive revenue growth through the partner network across mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead executive engagement, aligning VP and C-Level stakeholders on key strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent growth.
  • Maintain a growing partner funnel and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in SaaS net new business sales, focusing on partner ecosystem roles for enterprises.
  • Strong knowledge of eProcurement, S2P, P2P, AP, or ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in partner sales (consulting/advisory, reseller) or working within an ISV partner model.
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior partner-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% (mostly domestic).
