What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial IT agreements including SaaS, IaaS, and HWaaS contracts.
• Lead independent contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to enable strategic company goals.
• Structure and negotiate partnership and strategic collaboration agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, finance, operations) to drive initiatives.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial law with a focus on technology transactions.
• Minimum 3 years of in-house experience at an international high-tech company.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SaaS agreements.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaaS and HWaaS agreements.
• Familiarity with data privacy, AI, and consumer laws in a leading jurisdiction.
• License to practice law in an EU country, the UK, or the US.
• Good technical understanding.
