What you will do

• Review and negotiate complex customer agreements and enterprise-level cloud service contracts.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to field sales teams to close complex sales transactions.
• Maintain and update legal templates to ensure compliance with evolving regional and global laws.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technology, product portfolio, and security/compliance architecture.
• Partner with Finance, Information Security, and Product teams to align contracting processes with local business norms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant commercial legal transactional experience in technology, preferably at a top-tier law firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• Qualified to practice law in Singapore with an LL.B. or J.D. degree.
• Deep understanding of data privacy, public sector, and data sovereignty requirements across the Asia market.
• Proven experience negotiating cloud software sell-side transactions and consumption-based business models.
• Strong knowledge of legal issues related to information security, AI, and intellectual property.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
