Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Review and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Serve as a solutions-oriented partner to Sales, Security, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Design, update, and enforce policies and controls for the company's contracting process.
• Establish working norms and processes to provide top-tier legal service in a hypergrowth environment.
• Translate complex legal risks into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney with 4–8+ years of legal experience, including time at a top-tier law firm or relevant in-house role.
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and commercial agreements.
• Fluency in legal frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and AI governance.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and act as a go-to resource for Sales and RevOps.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with CLM tools and Salesforce integrations.
• Background in negotiating AI terms and highly-regulated customer contracts (financial services, healthcare, SLED/FED).
• Experience building legal playbooks and approval workflows.
