Planning Intern (Production & Material) (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Teparuk facility in Samut Prakan, Thailand. Travel is not required.

What you will do

• Plan and implement production and materials planning activities across the production cycle.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and related departments to secure raw materials cost-effectively and on schedule.
• Manage materials to support production builds and shipment plans.
• Control inventory to meet corporate targets and ensure on-time customer delivery.
• Lead internal discussions to identify demand-related issues and maximize production capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Background in material or production control planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain and distribution management.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Fluent English with effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical knowledge across functional teams.
• Planning and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered tools.
