Sr Supervisor (Slider Store & Waste Management) (Manufacturing)

Location: Korat, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

What you will do

• Manage slider store operations, spare-parts inventory, and material availability for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control Min/Max stock levels against cost and operational targets.
• Oversee the storage, handling, disposal, and scrap processes for waste, chemical mixtures, obsolete materials, and unusable equipment.
• Lead and develop operational employees while managing quality, safety, productivity, and operational excellence targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, Logistics, and support functions to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports, performance results, and improvement project presentations using Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in store or warehouse operations, inventory management, or material control.
• Experience leading teams and developing operational-level employees.
• Knowledge of waste management, chemical handling, safety requirements, and EHS compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Thai fluency in verbal and written communication; English at an intermediate level for emails, reports, and workplace communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or another warehouse management system.
• Knowledge of Kaizen or continuous improvement practices.
