Order Management Manager (Remote Night Shift)

Location: Remote, Teparuk, Thailand; night shift

hirify.global develops precision-engineered data storage solutions and operates a large manufacturing site in Teparuk.

What you will do

• Lead the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams in timely and accurate customer-order processing.
• Communicate with teams, provide updates, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams to resolve operational challenges and standardize processes.
• Document and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Allocate resources, make strategic decisions, and support teams in meeting performance goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, collaboration, training, coaching, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools for data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Fluent English required; the role is based remotely in Thailand and follows a night shift.
