What you will do

• Lead and manage the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to ensure accurate and timely customer order processing.
• Collaborate with IT support to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Standardize order management processes across regions to ensure global consistency.
• Document and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Make strategic decisions and allocate resources to meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and provide team guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
