What you will do
- Drive daily ITA operations for Customs and BOI activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Coordinate global and local trade compliance initiatives with Logistics, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
- Manage and validate Customs and BOI reporting and submissions to authorities.
- Perform trade compliance activities including TH/US HTS and ECCN classifications and SPL screening.
- Identify and implement process improvements using digital tools, AI, and automation.
- Liaise with external authorities (BOI, Customs) to support audits and regulatory inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in trade compliance, Customs affairs, or international trade.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
- Relevant experience with Thailand Preferential programs, specifically BOI and Customs regulations.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at the Teparuk facility in Thailand.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Inbound/Outbound shipment clearance and Free Zone regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office.
- Experience in process improvement projects and applying AI solutions to streamline workflows.
